One of two vertical meads made for Ale of a Time. Luke Robertson and Dave Ellis started the Australian 'everything beer related' podcast in 2013 and have grown from strength to strength every since. Now featuring at national beer events across the country, book release and more; we're extremely proud to work with with such legends in this release.
OYL-061 Voss, 2018 Red Gum honey, bittering and dry hopped these two meads are brothers in arms and have the exact same recipe, process and techniques from start to finish. And even though they may be brothers expressing similar traits, they will also fiercely defend their uniqueness and identities.
Both of these meads will be remarkably different, the expressions of yeast changing the dominant flavour attributes and will continue to evolve in time in the bottle.
